Well water can contain items that will violate the U.S.E.P.A. Standards for drinking water. An FHA/VA water analysis will test the well water sample for:

• Nitrates (mg/l as Nitrogen)

• Nitrites

• Lead

• E. Coli

• Bacteria (Total Coliform)

• Turbidity

• Iron

The Washington Group takes a well sample, according to procedures set up for insuring the samples are not contaminated, and the water samples are shipped next day delivery to an USEPA approved lab. The water results are email to our office and then forwarded the client.
